Snowleader strives to provide the most accurate information possible on the www. website. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the update, whether the fault of Snowleader that of third-party partners who provide the information.

If the user participates in calls for tenders of the Snowleader Foundation, additional processing of personal data is carried out by Snowleader according to the information on the form and passed on during the procedure. In any case, the Snowleader Foundation only collects personal information about the user-candidate for the purpose of the tender offered by the website, on the basis of the contract or pre-contractual measures between Snowleader and the user-candidate.
